THE MASS! HOW? WHERE? WHAT? WHO? WHY?

Well many of us Catholics attend mass, and we've probably been doing it for as long as we've lived since our mom and dad dragged us off to the Mass and as long as there was lots of eye candy, as teenagers we don't mind going........(HA! HA! Ok ok not everyone but........). Anyways, seriously folks..............we have to admit it, a lot of us go for Mass but we are either doing it cos our parents/priest/catechism teacher said so (or we go to Hell) or that it's because we've been doing it so long that we can no longer remember why or our spouses/girlfriends/friends/somebody/anybody drags us to it or simply because we find that it is comforting to do so and we find a sense of peace and belonging..............but there is so much more to it than we fully realise!!! I have attached links to some websites where you might find more information on the Mass and hopefully with the grace of God, may you find a deeper sense of appreciation for the wonderful gift of the Mass that our Lord Jesus Christ instituted through His Church..................SHALOM!

This page gives you the relevant biblical text related to each section of the Mass

cool man..... keep the fire burning.

i want share with all of u about
this verse,

Matt7:7
ask and you shall receive, seek
and you shall find, knock and
the door shall be open unto you.

did we ever ask ourselves:
1) why am i attending mass?
2) why do i need to attend mass?
3) what is the liturgy of the
eucharist?
and so forth.....

sometimes we ate too much lobster
that we take things for granted.
it's time to memorize matt 7:7.
